Q: Do you guys do pre-production meetings to go over details?
A: Yes! Either photographer will contact and have a virtual meeting with you prior to a shoot date to go over important details, as well as a rough invoice (or an invoice if the product is marked that way).

Q: What does the shoot process look like?
A: The day before a shoot, we will text you a courtesy text to remind you of the appointment. On shoot day, both photographers will do some fine tuning and then you will be staged. Indoor shoots are done at our address, and we provide amenities there. Outdoor shoots are done to your address.

Q: How long will I be waiting before I get my photos?
A: The post-production process can be anywhere from a business day to 7 business days.

Q: Do you guys do prints?
A: Yes. We can order prints if you desire, you just need to contact us prior to final photo delivery as to what prints you want so we can add it to the invoice.

Q: Can I schedule out of labeled business hours?
A: Yes, but on special circumstances. If an event is longer than the appointment listing, that needs to be discussed in the pre-production meeting so we can account for it on our schedules. We can also schedule shoots prior to labeled business hours if necessary,
